"Red Head" watching parade... I love this photograph!

Kids love all Provincetown parades, but Carnival Parade is very special... Rainbow beads, town dacorated with flags, music, dancing, costumes! Outrageous fun! Well, we're "the most spirited community of Cape Cod"... nothing is boring during Carnival Week!
